Mrs. Len
Hello, my name is Laurie Len, and this is my first year teaching at Ambassador Christian School. It has been such a blessing to return to the high school classroom after a very long hiatus. I received my B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Marine Biology at UCLA and my M.S. in Biology at Cal State University, Fullerton. I taught biology and AP Biology in LAUSD at King /Drew Magnet School of Medicine and Science for 5 years, and I continued my teaching career at El Camino College as an adjunct instructor in non major biology classes and marine biology for the past twenty (!) years. My husband, Dan, and I are parents to Jamie (a freshman in college), Isaiah (junior at South), Shane (3rd grader at Seaside Elementary), and Lily (2nd grader at Seaside). We are members of Lighthouse Community Church, where Dan serves as a deacon and I am a preschool Sunday school teacher. I'm so thankful for the opportunity to teach here at Ambassador!
