Admissions Process:

  1. Fill out our online Application which creates a portal with a checklist.

    • Checklist items include: application fee of $75, transcripts/report cards, letters of recommendation, and a student questionnaire.

  2. Schedule your Admissions Interview.

  3. After your checklist and interview are complete, you will receive your decision in about 2 weeks.

 

Early Admissions:

Our Early Admission Program offers motivated families the chance to join our community ahead of the traditional admissions cycle ensuring priority consideration for enrollment and access to our personalized academic and extracurricular opportunities.

Turn in your application by November 30, 2026 for an early decision.*

Accepted?

  • Pay your Early Admissions registration fee of $550 to save your spot for next year.

    • Registration fees paid through January 31, 2027 will be refundable only until enrollment contracts are released in February. After contracts are released, all Registration Fees are non-refundable.

    • After April 15, 2027, Registration Fee increases to $650.

    • Registration Fees are not a deposit on tuition but allow Ambassador to start making monetary investments in the following year (i.e. staffing, curriculum, classrooms, etc) based on actual enrollment numbers.

Deferred?

  • Your admissions decision will be considered in February and a decision will be released in March of 2027.

    • This is not a denial of any kind, we just need more time on some applications for a variety of reasons (enrollment numbers, program availability, etc.)

*Students applying for our Learning Assistance and Watch Programs are not eligible for Early Admissions.

Traditional Admissions:

Turn in your application by February 1, 2027. Applications submitted after this date will be considered on a rolling basis.

  • Pay your non-refundable early registration fee of $550 through April 15, 2027 to save your spot for next year.
    • After April 15, 2026 the registration fee is $650.
