B.S. UCLA / M.S. CSU Fullerton Hello, my name 1is Laurie Len, and this is my first year teaching at Ambassador Christian School. It has been such a blessing to return to the high school classroom after a very long hiatus. I received my B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Marine Biology at UCLA and my M.S. in Biology at Cal State University, Fullerton. I taught biology and AP Biology in LAUSD at King /Drew Magnet School of Medicine and Science for 5 years, and I continued my teaching career at El Camino College as an adjunct instructor in non major biology classes and marine biology for the past twenty (!) years. My husband, Dan, and I are parents to Jamie, Isaiah, Shane, and Lily. We are members of Lighthouse Community Church, where Dan serves as a deacon and I am a preschool Sunday school teacher. I'm so thankful for the opportunity to teach here at Ambassador! |
