Taylor Franklin was born and raised in Tulare, CA. She was a math major at Fresno State and played Division 1 College Volleyball. She gets her grit and Bulldog Spirit from the Valley and is very proud of the home she came from.

After graduating with Bachelors of Science in Mathematics with an emphasis in Teaching, she went on to play professional volleyball for three years. She spent one season in Finland, one season in Switzerland, and one season in Germany. Simultaneously she earned her Masters in Business Administration online through Fresno State. Although her pro years were fun, they were also hard and her faith grew exponentially during that time.

With a yearning for community, she decided to begin a beach volleyball career and moved out to Santa Barbara, CA and landed her first full time teaching job. She just finished up her Masters Certificate in Mathematics to round out her education and help with CCU credits. Before working at a small christian school, she had been doing a lot of long term substitute teaching in public schools but was ecstatic to find herself at a place where she could speak freely about Jesus.

Mentoring and discipling Christians is a huge passion for her so she is beyond thankful to be at Ambassador Christian where she feels she can fully be herself. A good way to summarize Mrs. Franklin in a sentence would be "her four favorite things are Jesus, people, math, and volleyball". What a joy to come to work each day and get to participate in the kingdom in a way that feels like fun. Excited to be a Lion.
